That seems to change each year. All of our tours are very popular and fill up very quickly.
How many people are on your coaches?
On our Christmas and New Year tours there is a maximum of 40 passengers per tour.
What size/style coaches do you have?
Generally we use first class air conditioned touring coaches with 44-49 seats.
Do you guarantee snow?
No, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the weather. Usually there is good snow coverage around most of our Christmas hotels.
Which of your Christmas tours are most likely to get the best snow?
Switzerland, Austria and then Germany are the most likely places for snow over Christmas in Europe.
Are your hotels first class?
Hotels for the Christmas and New Year escorted tours are specially selected and generally first class. (Occasionally - on rare 1 night stops - they are superior 3 Star). The hotels have been individually described on each itinerary. Their style and location is essential as they will be your home for 3, 4, 5 or 7 nights over Christmas.
Our hotels have been selected for their ambience to compliment the objective of these unique tours. Imagine how much your enjoyment will be enhanced if you stay in an 800 year old hotel as opposed to a modern glass and concrete ‘block’. They will add significant ‘flavour’ to your trip and become highlights in themselves!
