1. Standard Terms
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Who can Enter
2.1 Entry is open to employed bona fide retail travel agents in Australia and New Zealand who have registered for this competition via the form above and have booked and deposited a passenger on any Albatross 2019-20 European Christmas, New Year and Winter Wonderland Tour between 15 May and 31 July 2019. The prize must be taken by the travel agent (consultant) who made the relevant client booking and their chosen travelling companion.
2.2 All employees and their immediate families of Albatross Tours and The Albatross Group are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Entrants must be over the age of 18.
3. How to Enter
3.1 Entrants must have registered for this competition via the form above and have booked and deposited a passenger on any Albatross 2019-20 European Christmas, New Year and Winter Wonderland Tour between 10 May and 31 July 2019.
3.2 Travel agents will be issued one entry per booking.
4. Details of Prize
4.1 There will be a total of one (1) winner selected with a total maximum prize value of up to AUD $8,978. The prize includes two (2) spaces on the Paris, Lyon and the French Alps 7 December 2019 departure - subject to availability. The prize must be taken as a twin or double room with both recipients of the prize sharing one (1) room.
4.2 Albatross Tours will only provide the land content. Flights, travel insurance, taxes, pre-accommodation, post-accommodation, and any other costs relating to travel will be arranged and covered by the winner.
5. Prize Draw
5.1 One (1) winner will be randomly selected and notified via email and telephone. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5.2 Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
6. Notification of Winner
6.1 The prize winner will be selected at 10:00am (AEST) Tuesday 6 August 2019 and will be notified via email and telephone by 5:00pm (AEST) Wednesday 7 August 2019.
6.2 The promoter will assist the Prize Winner as much as is practical to ensure the prize is awarded according to these terms and conditions.

7.2 The Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
7.3 The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7.5 If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
7.6 If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
7.7 Any cost associated with accessing the competition is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
7.8 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
