These are just a few of the very special hand selected experiences that will really make your touring experience exceptional and unique, and don’t forget, with Albatross they are always included.

Istanbul ‘Foodies’ Walking Tour

A Sensory Journey Through Historic Quarters

Wandering through the historic backstreets of Istanbul's Old City, this leisurely walk offers a deeper connection with local culture and culinary heritage. We sample authentic Turkish delicacies, from artisanal baklava to rich, aromatic coffee, pausing to engage with local vendors who have perfected their craft over generations. The experience culminates with a traditional Turkish tea ceremony at the historic Caferaga Medresesi, a 16th-century retreat tucked in the shadow of Aya Sofya, where ancient traditions are still very much alive.

Bosphorus Cruise

Scenic Boat Cruise

Relax on a scenic boat cruise along the Bosphorus Strait, around the famous Golden Horn and past the majestic Ottoman palaces like Dolmabahce Palace and Beylerbeyi Palace.

Cave Hotel

A Night Carved into the Heart of Anatolia

Spending a night in Cappadocia's remarkable cave hotels is an experience unlike any other, where ancient stone chambers have been transformed into intimate and characterful retreats. Nestled into the soft volcanic rock of the fairy chimneys, these hand-carved rooms offer a rare blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, with sweeping views across one of the world's most otherworldly landscapes. Waking here, with the distant hush of hot air balloons drifting over the valleys at dawn, is a memory that stays with you long after the journey ends.

Soar in a Hot Air Balloon ride

in Cappadocia

It’s worth getting up early for the mesmerizing experience of a hot air balloon ride, where you glide across the ancient, moon-like, pinnacle landscape, in the still morning air.

Gallipoli

A Special Gallipoli Immersion

Staying 3 nights in Çanakkale allows us time to explore the Gallipoli Battlefields in-depth, with ample time to reflect at the various Commemorative sites and Memorials, and pay our respects with private wreath layings.

ANZAC Cove Boat Cruise

Sailing the Waters of Gallipoli

Approaching ANZAC Cove by boat offers a perspective that no land-based visit can replicate, gliding across the same waters that carried thousands of young Australian and New Zealand soldiers ashore on that fateful dawn of 25 April 1915. From the gentle swell of the Dardanelles, the steep ridgelines and rugged cliffs of the Gallipoli Peninsula come into full view, silent and unchanged, offering a profound sense of the scale and weight of what unfolded here. It is a quietly moving experience, a moment to reflect on courage, sacrifice, and the enduring spirit that defines the ANZAC legacy.

Türkiye’s wonders

Ephesus and Pergamon

We include visits to both these ancient wonders. The inspiring ruins of Ephesus where you walk along 2,000-year-old marble streets, and home to the Temple of Hadrian and Library of Celsus. And the Acropolis of Pergamon with its Temple of Trajan.
